SHIPPING
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Regular shipping time is 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday, and Saturday till noon) from order confirmation. This period may be longer in periods of sales or special promotions.
Please note that all indicated shipping/delivery periods are estimated timelines. In any case, except for goods prepared in line with the consumer’s request or personal needs, delivery will be completed within the statutory period prescribed under the Distance Sales Regulation.
Where can I receive my order?
You can have it delivered to the address of your choice, although we do not deliver to PO boxes or hotels. Once you have set your delivery address and the order has been confirmed, the address cannot be changed.
Can the country of delivery be different from the country of purchase?
We only make deliveries to Turkey.
What is the process for home delivery?
If you have chosen home delivery, we will send you a confirmation email when your order is about to leave the warehouse, another with a tracking number (with a link to the courier company's website) and, finally, the carrier will contact you by SMS or email to inform you of the delivery of your order. Keep in mind that we always want your orders to be delivered complete, so sometimes you could receive your order in installments and with different couriers. We will notify you by email when this happens.

Once the data provided has been verified, the payment for your order is processed in real time through the Virtual POS.
The payment platforms used on the website and the company itself have fraud prevention measures and controls in place. These controls consist of analysis of the characteristics of the orders and the way of using the means of payment.
Sometimes, in order to ensure that it is not a fraudulent operation, ALO Yoga - SOHO PERAKENDE YATIRIM VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ may require you to complete certain information or provide other complementary data.
The company reserves the right to cancel the order where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud or where the requested additional information required to verify the authenticity of the order is not provided. In such case, any amount collected will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.
Additionally, Alo Yoga - SOHO PERAKENDE YATIRIM VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ does not control and is not responsible for any damages that may be caused by the application of the anti fraud policies or measures approved by the different providers or issuers of means of payment.
Do you need an invoice for your order?
The invoices e-archive will be available to view on the order history page once the order has been confirmed.
RETURNS
What is the deadline for a return?
The return period for physical stores and online stores is 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

How to return an order?
If you placed an order online, you can start the return process by clicking here or the Returns link on the website footer. Orders placed online cannot be returned to physical stores.
If you made a purchase in a physical store, you can go to any branch to make the return. Remember that the garments to be returned must comply with our return policy guidelines.
Do I have to pay anything for my return?
No, returns are free of charge.
How will I receive my return amount?
For online orders, once your return is approved and we've received your item(s), your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, as processing times may vary by bank.
When will I receive my return amount?
Once your return has been inspected and approved, you'll receive a confirmation email. Your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
What should I do if my return amount is incorrect?
Please contact our Customer Service team at support@aloyoga.tr and we will solve the problem as soon as possible.
Are shipping costs refunded if I return all items in an order?
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return conditions for online orders
We do not accept returns or exchanges on underwear, boxers, socks, swimwear, or bodysuits if the original protective packaging, tape, seals, or wrapping have been opened. Items such as earrings, jewelry, perfume, face masks, and hair accessories cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
All returned items must be in original condition with all tags attached and original packaging intact. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
CHANGES
Can I exchange my items?
Exchanges can only be processed in our physical stores. You can exchange your item for a different size or color at no additional cost, provided the original item is in perfect condition with its tag attached and the requested size or color is in stock.
If you'd like to exchange for a different style, we'll process a refund and you can make a new purchase in store. If you're unable to visit a store, please use our online return process and place a new order.
Please note that underwear, swimwear, bodysuits, and socks are not eligible for exchange.
What is the deadline for a return?
The return or exchange period is 30 days from the date of delivery of the order, without prejudice to consumers’ statutory rights arising from defective products. Alo Yoga- SOHO PERAKENDE YATIRIM VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges communicated or sent after the established period or garments that are not in the same condition in which they were received. We do not make returns or exchanges for swimwear, underwear, socks and bodysuits.

PROMOTIONS AND CODES
Active Campaigns
If you have a promotional code, remember that it will only be valid if you comply with the following aspects:
- Promotions issued by Alo in other countries are not valid in Turkey.
- You need to be registered on our website www.aloyoga.tr.
- Discount codes are valid only during the campaign period. Once expired, codes have no value. Codes without an expiry date are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
- Codes are redeemable exclusively at our Turkish online store at www.aloyoga.tr.
- Promotions and discount codes cannot be combined and are limited to one use per customer.
- If an order that included a gift is fully returned, the gift must also be returned, or its value will be deducted from your refund. The value of any gift will always be stated in the promotion's terms.
CANCELLATIONS
How can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been packed or shipped. If your order is already being processed, you'll need to wait for it to arrive and submit a return request.
