EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

At ALO Yoga Turkey - SOHO PERAKENDE YATIRIM VE TICARET ANONIM SIRKETI, our commitment is to offer you a satisfactory shopping experience. That's why we offer you our exchange and return policy, which is designed to be clear, fair and transparent.

Subject to the provisions regarding defective products from the date of purchase (or, in the case of online sales, from the date the product was received), if 30 days have elapsed, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.


General Conditions:

In order for a product to be eligible for exchange or return, it must meet the following requirements:

  • Should be unused.
  • Original labels (internal and external) should be intact.
  • Should be presented in its original packaging and must have all the original accessories.
  • Have proof of purchase (ticket or invoice).

Products whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seals or wrappers have been opened; and which are unsuitable for return on health and hygiene grounds, are not eligible for exchange or refund. Examples for these products are listed below:

  • Swimming suits
  • Underwear
  • Socks
  • Earrings
  • Accessories
  • Perfumes
  • Bodysuits
  • Visors
  • Hair Accessories

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted for products purchased from ALO Yoga Türkiye - SOHO PERAKENDE YATIRIM VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ; no returns or exchanges will be accepted for products purchased from ALO USA or any other location where ALO operates.

Also, items that have been discounted when purchased or purchased in our online sale section will not be subject to exchanges or refunds.

Furthermore, the buyer acknowledges that the “Gift Certificate” product/service offered by the SELLER falls under the category of services performed immediately in an electronic environment or intangible goods delivered immediately to the consumer, in accordance with Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, and therefore has no right of withdrawal with respect to said product/service.

For purchases made in physical stores

  • Exchanges and returns of items purchased in our physical stores can be exchanged or returned at any branch showing the product in good condition (detailed in the general conditions) and the respective purchase receipt. It is not possible to make a return or exchange without these requirements. Refunds, if applicable, can only be made to the original payment method.

For purchases made online

  • Returns or exchanges of products that have been purchased online must be processed through our page at the link below this section. After having started the process and having selected a return, it is now possible return the garments via parcel.
  • In case of size changes, it is possible to go to one of our physical stores to do so, however, changes are subject to availability. It is also necessary to show your purchase receipt (which arrived with the order) in order to make change in physical stores.
  • We do not make exchanges or refunds on purchases made in stores outside of Türkiye.
  • Whilst the statutory right of withdrawal applies to purchases made during promotional periods, specific exchange and campaign terms and conditions may also apply; please check our promotions section for further details.
  • Whilst the statutory right of withdrawal applies to products purchased using special promotional vouchers (sent via email or text message), specific exchange and campaign terms and conditions may also apply; please check these restrictions in the messages we have sent and/or in your purchase confirmation.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for faulty products in the following circumstances:

  • The item has obvious signs of use.
  • The item is not in perfect condition.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after you receive or purchase it.

Refunds for online

Once your item to be returned is received (in our stores or central warehouse) and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return request is approved, your refund will be processed and the refund will be applied to the original method of payment (debit, credit, etc).

If you return a product in-store, we will receive and inspect it, but we cannot make refunds at our locations. The refund will always be made electronically to the original method of payment.

Authorized refunds take a maximum of 72 hours to be applied by us and up to 10 business days to be reflected in the original payment method, this time depends on the bank or credit institution.
